Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return if the product arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Returns for change of mind or unwanted items cannot be accepted.
To be eligible for a return:

Exchanges
If you need to exchange a faulty or incorrect item, we will process an exchange once your return is approved.
For a different product or variant, please submit a return request and place a new order once approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For customers in the European Union:
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
Products must remain unused, in original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Lost Packages
